Our allotments are full of life, from colourful flowers and pollinating insects to birds and small animals. This gallery showcases some of the wonderful biodiversity that makes Holden Gardens such a special place for both gardeners and wildlife.
We’ve made a great start on restoring the pond area, beginning with pumping out the water and clearing the bottom — which turned out to be quite a job!
Our recent work party was a great success, with plenty of progress made across the site and a fantastic team effort from everyone involved.
This album captures the opening of our new compostable toilet at Holden Gardens Allotment, which took place on Saturday, 19th October 2024, alongside a coffee morning and work party.
